This Data Protection and Image Use Policy applies to all personal information and visual content collected by The Biz Nation in connection with Biz Fest, including the Seed Capital Competition.

The Biz Nation, a commercial entity registered under NIT No. 900.360.994-4, is the data controller responsible for the processing of personal data and the use of images collected during Biz Fest.

5. Image Use Authorization
By participating in Biz Fest, you expressly authorize The Biz Nation to:
Capture photographs and video recordings during the event
Use, reproduce, publish, distribute, edit, and publicly display such content
Share such materials with official sponsors or strategic partners strictly for promotional purposes
No financial compensation will be provided for such use.
6. Duration of Image Use
Images may be actively used for promotional purposes for up to two (2) years from the date of collection.
After that period, images may remain archived on websites or social media platforms as part of historical event documentation, without additional promotion or paid advertising.
The Biz Nation commits to never use images in any context that could harm the dignity, integrity, or reputation of participants.
7. Participation of Minors
Biz Fest includes participants under the age of 18.
For minors:
A parent or legal guardian must provide written authorization for participation.
A parent or legal guardian must expressly consent to the processing of personal data and image use.
Without guardian authorization, the minor may not participate.
By signing the registration or participation forms, the parent or legal guardian confirms that:
They have read and understood this policy.
They authorize the minor’s participation.
They authorize the use of the minor’s image under the terms described.
This consent may be revoked at any time by contacting us.
